For the first time in our lives the process of finding and buying a home has been an enjoyable one, thanks solely to the help and efforts of Joanne. Moving from Massachusetts we knew very little of the Dallas geography, Joanne was marvelous. She produced reams of factual & interesting information on Dallas and the neighboring cities that we were interested in. This information not only provided comparison between those cities, but also our old town back in MA. Joanne quickly understood what our needs were in a new house and managed to locate dozens of homes that met our criteria. She not only went out of her way to ensure that she was available whenever we needed her, but also took us house hunting for a whole weekend when she was feeling ill (something we only found out after the fact).
